Oopsies :(

Life gets stressful sometimes. Or I just get neglectful sometimes. Either how, I wish to continue my project 365, even though now it will be like project 272. (I made that number up.) Starting tomorrow :) Promise.

Day 5 came a week late. :)

This morning I woke up to SNOW! This is great because in Oklahoma- we don't get snow. We get ice storms. Very inconvenient & noooot as pretty as snow. So it was nice to wake up to. Me & my roommate Ashley went out & played in it. This picture is from my drive way looking left. I know the day is early- but I know it will consist of being lazy. School got canceled from 1:30 on yesterday and completely canceled today. :)

And because I have been neglectful to this blog, I will try to be more on top of things! My plan is to post maybe a few pictures per blog just so I catch up!

So I suck at life and did not take a picture today. For once in my life I was busy for a good chunk of today. :) This picture is from January 11th. It was taken at the Honda Center at the New Jersey Devils v. Anahiem Ducks game. It was my first NHL game, compliments of my boyfriend. It was really fun! I never thought I'd have an interest in hockey. This was a particularly good night. After the hockey game we met up with my friend who lives in Orange. We went to a restaurant called Prime Cut. It was yummy, and we had fun! Afterwards, me & the boyfriend went to Sonic. Annnd that was it. (P.S. He made me wear the jersey!)

Today was another amazing day. I woke up to finish a paper & take a test for my intersession class. (Personal Health) It went surprisingly well. I went to lunch with my roommate at Panera.. can't go wrong there! I went to Ulta to buy my new shampoo & conditioner. Then went grocery shopping. It was a pretty day. And I just felt really happy. Everything was perfect today. Nothing was wrong.

And on the 3rd day...

I got to wake up bright and early today and head to LAX. I had a straight through flight to Oklahoma City... and slept the entire time! For once I had a good traveling experience. Me and airplines don't mix.. something always happens (bad weater, mechanical problems..). Anyway, my roommate picked me up, which I was very grateful for. It wasn't fun going from 80-ish degree weather to 20 degree weather. Anyway- the rest of the day consisted of unpacking. It's a task that remains incomplete. Oh- and boyfriend gave me news of his next trip to Oklahoma! Only a month and a week away!

Day Dos (2).

My picture for the day is one taken from inside my dad's truck as I sat in the parking lot of Starbucks waiting for D'ette to arrive. I finally was able to meet up with her as I enjoyed Naked Juice. So good! This picture is significant not because it's a good picture, but because it was a beautiful day & and a great ending to my winter vacation. The sky was so blue. It was about 80 degrees- in winter! And here I am about to fly back to Oklahoma where it's expected to be around 25 with snow flurries! And I wonder why I don't care for Oklahoma all that much.
Today was another good one. After meeting with D'ette, I packed, did some chores, hung out with my dad for a bit, then drove to Whittier to be with my boyfriend. We ended up going to a restaurant in Rosemead (his hometown) called... De Pilla's or something of the sort. I had masticcoli with broccoli- It was amazing. Afterwards we went to see The Unborn. Juuuust a bit scary. Then we said our goodbyes :( Last time seeing him for a while.
Goodness, this traveling back and forth between CA and OK is NOT fun. Goodbyes are hard. Even if "goodbye is only temporary."

Day One.

My first picture is a grande coffee frappuccino from Starbucks. :) Yummy. It's my new favorite drink. Today I pretty much lounged around and got some more rest (believe it or not: I'm still trying to fully recover from the flu). My stepsister i/med me around 3 and wanted to do something. Reluctantly (because I was so comfy) I agreed to go to Starbucks with her. Our Starbucks trip turned into not only that, but a trip to the mall in West Covina, and then dinner at California Pizza Kitchen. :) It was a good but expensive day.

My Project 365
